Convert between decimal, fractional, and American odds formats. See the implied probability for any odds value.
For positive American odds (e.g. +150): divide by 100 and add 1, giving 2.50. For negative American odds (e.g. -200): divide 100 by the absolute value and add 1, giving 1.50.
Divide the numerator by the denominator and add 1. For example, 3/2 becomes 3 / 2 + 1 = 2.50 in decimal.
Implied probability is the chance of an outcome as suggested by the odds. It is calculated as 1 / decimal odds. For example, decimal odds of 2.00 imply a 50% probability. If you believe the true probability is higher, you may have a value bet.
Decimal odds are the global standard and easiest for calculations. Fractional odds are traditional in the UK and Ireland. American odds are used by US sportsbooks. Most professional bettors prefer decimal because multiplication and value-bet calculations are simpler.
